Shipping policy

We can ship to all major cities in Canada. Typically, it is most convenient to ship your monument directly to where it will be installed, often the cemetery, however we will ship to home addresses as well. It is imperative that you are onsite to receive your marker and IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ARRANGE RECEIVING THE MONUMENT AND INSTALLATION WITH YOUR CEMETERY. Markers and monuments are crated and/or palletized when shipped. Heavier shipments greater than 150 lbs are shipped with local trucking carriers. Shipments to remote communities will incur extra charges. Please call us to get a shipping quote for these locations. You can expect to receive your marker/monument within 2 weeks after purchase. We take special care in packaging all markers and monuments, but in the rare event your order is lost or damaged during shipping, we will replace it at no charge. Please note all damage on the bill of lading and contact us immediately so we can work with the shipper to resolve the claim.
