I would love to share the amazing experience we had dealing with Prairie Flat Memorials....We were looking to get a upright head stone for my father and we were directed to Prairie flat Memorials website where we could design the stone in the layout that we all wanted. The website and design part of the website was so easy to Navigate, we were able to create a great looking monument, and the prices were better than any place in town as we had compared the prices prior to picking Prairie Flat Memorials....Paul at Prairie was so helpful, from the stone design tips, to making sure we knew everything to ask the cemetery so we would not be surprised down the road with hidden fees. Paul made sure the stone was compliant with the rules of the Cemetery and had the stone crafted and staged at the cemetery as per the instructions and did this all within a week which was amazing. The customer service we were given was so amazing, I have told and will recommend anyone looking for a headstone to make Prairie Flat Memorials there first place to visit. 5 stars does not do proper justice for the great customer service that we were given!

I placed the order online by uploading my own design. It worked out as I expected it. I love it! I was a little nervous of the outcome because my image had to be of high quality to get a high quality product. Their service is great. They delivered right away. I would highly recommend this service to anyone.

I would like to thank Paul for his kindness, understanding and patience as we navigated through a monumental loss. The care and understanding we received was appreciated and forever remembered. As we planned the occasion we encountered obstacles that Paul took care of so we could focus on other issues. I would recommend Prairie Flat Memorials for anyone who is looking to be treated with genuine care and compassion.

Prairie Flat Memorials Inc. was so easy to deal with during a difficult time. Paul walked me through how best to create my own design and then add it to their template. We received our finished product within about 7-8 business days. Delivered directly to our home residence. Which gave us the time necessary to finalize our loved one’s burial.

Paul and his team were wonderful, I’m so grateful a service like this exists - seems to be the only of its kind, at least that I came across.

The monument I had envisioned came out perfectly, was very straightforward to order and was produced and shipped in record time. I can’t imagine having settled for anything less and thankfully because of Prairie Flat Memorials, I didn’t have to.
