We want you to have the peace of mind that every monument we create is handcrafted by industry professionals who have spent their entire lives in the memorial industry. Our apprentice sandblasters have been trained for years by these same industry professionals to ensure we are delivering the same quality products our customers have become accustomed to. Every monument is inspected and photographed prior to shipment, with every detail accounted for. If you are not satisfied with the monument or the workmanship, we will refund your money.
Our state-of-the-art production plant is in Edmonton, Alberta and was completed in 2015. It has the capacity to handle high order volume, which enables quick order turnaround. The two-week delivery guarantee is unprecedented in the monument industry and is a key differentiator from our competitors. We always maintain a healthy supply of inventory for all products offered by Prairie Flat Memorials, and we always proactively stock inventory to ensure we meet our two-week delivery guarantee.
Quality controls are in place through every step of our process to ensure your marker is manufactured exactly how it was ordered. Our design team creates the stencil from the rendering created at time of order and checks that all designs are cut according to the order. The layout artist then places the stencil on the granite monument and removes all rubber, revealing the polish for sandblasting. The sandblaster cross references the order rendering before sandblasting the granite and does a final inspection after it's completed. Quality is never sacrificed.
