The granite is good quality. The headstone is beautiful and just as is shown. We are very pleased with the product.

From the time I ordered the stone until the time it arrived on my doorstep was extremely fast. I was expecting a couple of weeks, and it only took 5 days with a weekend in there. The customer service and people were wonderful to talk with and getting everything sorted from payment to shipping. I will without a doubt use them again, just hopefully not too soon.

When my brother recently passed away, we held an informal Memorial / Cremation Burial Service in a small out of province town, so wanted to have the headstone there at the same time for full closure, as no one would likely have need to return there in the future.
I live in in Calgary but could not find a company that could have the Headstone completed in the short time required, so I tried Prairie Flat Memorials in Edmonton. The owner Paul assured me he could have it ready to take with us and started working on it as soon as I provided the information.
It was ready three days earlier than promised and looks great. The quality of workmanship is exceptional, and their price was competitive. One of their employees even delivered it to my sister’s acreage near Sherwood Park, so she could bring it with her.
It was a pleasure communicating with Paul by email and phone. He was very professional and accommodating throughout. I highly recommend Prairie Flat Memorials and will certainly call on them again when the need arises. I had read the reviews prior to committing my business with them, and now having experienced their superior service I understand why they were all so positive.
