TERMS OF SERVICE
All our products are engraved at our Edmonton facility. We will replicate the drawing you have created to a near identical match. Some spacing and minor size discrepancies may be noticeable but are necessary to ensure the final product will present beautifully on the monument. We do not accept returns on our products for any reasons other than damaged shipments or mismatch between the approved picture at time of purchase and the finished product (Some variation in colour may be noticeable).
Prior to purchasing a marker from Prairie Flat Memorials, it is imperative to understand and confirm the cemetery regulations. Cemeteries WILL NOT accept markers that do not comply to their regulations. As well, you must comply with all of these requirements. If the marker is refused by the cemetery all charges incurred, including return shipping and possible remaking of the stone, are the purchaser's responsibility.
Customers may cancel the order without incurring any charges and a full refund will be given if you notify us or cancel the order within 48 hrs. of placing the order. No exception whatsoever will be made once your order is processed and the marker is engraved and/or shipped.
Our memorials are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure a safe delivery to your destination, however the possibility exists that damage can happen during transit. If it does, kindly note the damages on the bill of lading immediately and email us a copy of the bill of lading, with pertinent photos, to permit the filing of a proper claim in a timely manner. After you've accepted the memorial, protect it from further damages by keeping it in a safe place. We need to know the exact damage to the memorial. If possible, take a photo when you uncrate it - after noting the damage on the bill of lading and email the photo to us.
If the damage is not discovered at the time of delivery and is found while unpacking the memorial, notify us immediately. Email us a copy of the bill of lading with the damages noted on it. We will arrange for an inspection from the shipping company. It is important to inspect the memorial immediately. All merchandise should be retained in the original shipping container in the same condition when damage was discovered—until an inspection can be done.
All shipping-related damage should be notified to us within 24 hrs. of accepting the delivery.
Moneyback Guarantee - If you are not satisfied with your monument upon delivery and after inspection, you can ship it back to the following address for a complete refund, including return shipping. An email stating the reason for the return along with a photo of the monument are required prior to shipment. The shipping Bill of Lading with return shipping costs is also required.
